All-Aluminum Precision Manufacturing Process

Hong Penguin operates specialized manufacturing bases dedicated to the fabrication of renewable aluminum honeycomb base panels and precision-finished door, wall, and cabinetry systems. By replacing traditional wood and MDF substrates with aviation-grade aluminum honeycomb cores, our continuous manufacturing workflow eliminates formaldehyde emissions, delamination risks, and moisture absorption at the source.

Our end-to-end production pipeline integrates automated thermal lamination, multi-axis CNC routing, proprietary edge detailing, and standardized modular pre-drilling to ensure millimeter-level precision across every custom architectural project.

Aviation hexagonal aluminum honeycomb cores are thermally bonded with high-grade aluminum skins. We offer 18mm double-layer, 4-layer, and heavy-duty 8-layer aluminum skin configurations to deliver up to 150 MPa bending strength and high impact resistance.

6-Meter Monolithic Panel Forming

Our continuous automated roll-forming line supports monolithic single door panels up to 6 meters in height without splicing, guaranteeing perfect surface flatness, structural rigidity, and zero joint lines.

Phase 3: Precision Pre-Drilling & Hardware Assembly Standards

Pre-drilled Φ10mm holes maintain a standard 32mm (±0.5mm) edge-to-center distance.

  • Eccentric wheels are vertically aligned with indicator markings.
  • Strictly tightened with a manual screwdriver rotated 180° to the right.
  • Electric/pneumatic power tools are strictly prohibited during cam lock locking to prevent torque overshooting and protect honeycomb internal hole walls.

Precision Hinge & Connector Setup

Pre-machined mounting slots accommodate diverse architectural door and cabinet conditions:

  • Full Overlay (Straight Arm): Door completely covers the 18mm side panel.
  • Half Overlay (Middle Bend): Dual doors share a single central divider panel.
  • Inset (Large Bend): Concealed flush-fit door leaf aligned inside the cabinet body.
  • Full spectrum of hinge angle specs: -45°, +45°, 90°, 125°, 135°, 165°, 270°.

Door leaves are beveled at 45° with magnetic silent strips for automatic hermetic pull-in, paired with dual-spring automatic bottom drop-down seals providing over 10 dB noise reduction.

CNC milling of concealed 6*9mm channels to house warm/neutral/white LED strips, multi-mode switches (PIR motion, touch, hand sweep, door contact), and 220V-to-12V power drivers.
